Bug Fixes:

1. Fixed an oversight that caused Tofy Dox tutorial cutscenes to not appear

2. Fixed another oversight that caused the U rank placeholder to not appear 

New stuff:

1. Added random rotation and zoom effect to the developer intro 

2. Added Wasabi security alert tv animation 

3. Added new animation when idling for too long (standing in place) 

4. Rebalanced Speed

5. Drop Boost doesn't reset your speed while performing it anymore 

6. Wall run got an overhaul

7. Updated localization files

8. Rebalanced some clocks placemenets 

9. Tofy Dox chaser got reworked (It now lags)
