Sonic Taiga Adventure (Never to be finished)

This was a project i was working on in the late 2022. It was supposed to be a remake of my old cancelled sonic fangame with the same name that was one of the first games I ever made. The game got cancelled in 2023 because the games MFA file got corrupted (no backups were made) and i completely lost motivation. This build has a lot of bugs, unfinished and placeholder assets and more in development stuff. The only level that was finished has an absurd amount of attention to detail and i obviously would never finish a full game with this level of detailization on every level. The game was planned to have different character every level and a bonus Amy Rose campaign where you could play every level as Amy Rose with her special moveset and level paths. Amy is actually finished in this build but you can't enable her unless you somehow change the global values. 

A lot of this game assets and ideas were reused in my game called Welcome to Sushi Tree so not everything got wasted. 

This build was made for the Core Framework discord sever before it got destroyed. Sadly this is the last build i have left that is not affected by the corruption

Controls: 

Press Z to jump

Hold down in mid air to perform a Drop Dash

Press Z again after jumping to do a double insta-shield jump

Press X in water to perform a stomp 

Hold UP after jumping while tails is on the ground to make him enter the pickup state

The game was made using Not So Simple Sonic Engine
